Obtained from a blend of Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and San Felice olive varieties, trying to balance the characteristics of each variety. The name evokes the feeling we get when we make this oil that is born based on the organoleptic characteristics developing from year to year in the various cultivars.

SMELL
Intense and elegant aromas open up, with well-defined herbaceous notes, combined with sensations of thistle.
TASTE
It is very elegant, balanced, with extraordinary harmony between bitter and spicy.
