Biologico

This oil comes from a selection of organically grown olives of the Moraiolo, Frantoio, San Felice, Leccino varieties, gathered in the hills. Certification allows you to control the entire supply chain, from the agronomic one in which organic fertilizers are used, to the entire processing cycle.

SMELL
Ranging from hints of cardoon and fresh olive, to balsamic hints of cut grass.
TASTE
Harmonious in the mouth with a nice bitter note at the beginning and with a delicate spicy finish.

Versatile, it lends itself to the combination of numerous dishes based on meat, cooked vegetables and first courses.
