Extra-virgin olive oil from 80% Moraiolo cultivar and other ancient varieties of the Decimi farm in Bettona, in the province of Perugia.




N° 51

This oil comes from an olive grove made mainly of Moraiolo cultivars and other ancient varieties that have not yet been identified, present in our centenary olive grove of Bettona with land lot n. 51. The rather hilly area is characterized by terraces.


SMELL
Elegant and complex with a fragrant scent of fresh vegetables, artichoke and floral notes. Spicy sensation and black pepper.
PALATE
It is enveloping and with a character, bitter and spicy with very long persistence. Great harmony at the end.
PAIRINGS
Structured meat dishes, legumes in general, first courses. Excellent on grilled vegetables and cooked herbs.
