Obtained from a blend of Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and San Felice olive varieties, trying to balance the characteristics of each variety. The name evokes the feeling we get when we make this oil that is born based on the organoleptic characteristics developing from year to year in the various cultivars.

SMELL

DOP UMBRIA

 

This blend is born in respect of traditions and procedural guidelines, from the olive groves located in one of the most suitable areas for olive growing, being the hills of Bettona, Collemancio and Giano dell’Umbria. DOP is the acronym expressing the peculiar aromas of Umbria and its character. It is composed of Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino, expertly blended in different percentages every year.

SMELL
Its perfumes are intense and precise, as well as elegant. The herbaceous notes and the green apple stand out.
TASTE
In the mouth it expresses its balsamic note of fresh vegetables with very persistent bitter and spicy tones.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS
Ideal combination for legume soups, grilled red meats, noble fish, “bruschetta”.

This oil comes from a selection of organically grown olives of the Moraiolo, Frantoio, San Felice, Leccino varieties, gathered in the hills. Certification allows you to control the entire supply chain, from the agronomic one in which organic fertilizers are used, to the entire processing cycle.
